Our Staff auditors will visit your office to gather the necessary documentation in order to complete a claim. We then physically copy or record the data, quickly and efficiently with the least amount of disruption to your staff, and return to our office in Edmonton to then proceed to build your claim using the most current acceptable methodology and consumption variables with an eye on timely, tactfully and accurate maximization of your companies fuel tax refund.

We work on a contingency fee basis. Our fees are based on a structured percentage of total dollars recovered. This fee is agreed upon by both parties prior to any work commencing and remains constant throughout the review. We conduct all the necessary gathering and compilation of the information required in order to produce a rebate. If we are not successful, there is absolutely no cost to your company.
