OUR COMPANY HISTORY
The firm Dudak Intenberg Inc. and our sister company Dudak Intenberg Tax Services Inc., has evolved over 20 years from its conception in 1988 under the name of INTENBERG ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES LTD. Originally started by V.E. Intenberg as a business consulting and FST (Federal Sales Tax) and Federal Excise Tax recovery firm, the key principal has remained President and Chief Executive Officer and is still V.E. Intenberg as of today.
The firm has added several individuals over the past several years with specific expertise in the Crown Royalties, Goods and Services Tax, Alberta Fuel Tax Rebates and Scientific Research and Economic Development areas. Several key members on the staff have come from Federal Government (GST Excise) and Provincial Government (Gas and Royalty Taxes). Currently the firm dedicates ten full time staff members and has served over 400 customers.
Our depth and knowledge is substantial. We have developed new areas of recovery, obtained Federal, Provincial and U.S. state rulings in favor of our clients as well as extracted hidden areas of tax recovery not necessarily publicized or made available to the general public.
Over the last few years, our firm has received acceptance from larger corporations, specifically from their Tax Departments. They appear to recognize and accept our specialization in the commodity tax areas and treat us as a complementary value added approach to their own departments. Our core clients include Municipalities, Cities, Oilfield & Gas, Trucking and the North American Aviation Industry. All have been truly impressed with our firm’s ability to effect recoveries over and above what was previously filed, or for that matte, what potentially was available to them.
